Working together.
ARCC provides services agreed around your project. These terms explain how we deliver work, handle cancellations and resolve concerns.
Agreeing the work
Your service provider is ARCC Solutions Limited, registered in Hong Kong under business registration number 77585162. Before a project starts, we agree the scope, deliverables, price, currency, payment schedule and expected timing in a proposal or other written agreement.
An enquiry or a suggested starting point on this website is not an order, a fixed quotation or a promise of a particular result. Project work starts after we have agreed it in writing.
Payment and changes
The quotation or invoice states the amount due and available payment methods. Any deposit, staged payments or third-party expenses must be agreed for the project. The enquiry form itself does not take payment.
If the scope changes, we discuss the effect on fees and timing before carrying out the additional work. Any cancellation arrangements are agreed in writing before work starts.
Service delivery
We agree how you will receive the work, such as by email, a file transfer, a shared project tool or a website handover. Any milestones, feedback rounds, access requirements and ownership or licence arrangements belong in the project agreement.
If a project includes print production, physical delivery or another supplier’s work, we agree the relevant production, delivery and cancellation arrangements before you approve the cost.
If you need to stop a project
Contact Tobias as soon as possible at contact@arcc-solutions.com. We will discuss stopping future work and review what has been completed, any approved costs already incurred and any payment you have made, using the project agreement and applicable law.
Any further payment or refund will depend on that review. Physical returns do not apply to work delivered as a service, but your rights concerning the quality and delivery of that service still apply.
Concerns and refund requests
If something does not match what we agreed, tell Tobias what happened and what you expected. We will review the concern against the agreed scope and discuss an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, that may involve correcting the work or a partial or full refund.
Send a refund request to contact@arcc-solutions.com with your project or invoice reference and a description of the issue. If a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and the payment arrangements in writing.
We assess each request on its facts and the project agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law
These general service terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
